Mitey AV accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express, PayPal, Company Check, Cash, and Cryptocurrency. Additional billing options are available for approved corporate accounts. We require a 35% deposit to hold the equipment for your reservation and the balance must be paid either prior to the event or on the day of the event before set-up.

Absolutely. Mitey AV has experience working in almost all the major hotel properties, conference centers and unique event spaces throughout New Orleans. We are familiar with the needs and peculiarities of most ballrooms and meeting spaces, and we maintain great working relationships with the hotel properties we work in. Before you execute your contract with the hotel, read carefully the areas related to outside audio-visual. In some cases, the hotel contract will require you to pay certain ancillary costs if you bring in outside AV, such as paying for an in-house AV person to “shadow” our crew. This type of corkage fee can sometimes be waived if requested. Regardless, we are typically less expensive than the hotel AV services, even with the inclusion of extra fees.
